Mr. Chimera was first published in 1975 with an essay on the  front page of the New York Courier Express.  His work has also been published by the Huffington Post, and the Esquire, Town and Country, and Playboy magazines. Prior to embracing the life of a full-time struggling writer, he "paid the bills" as a Silicon Valley executive at technology power houses including Computer Associates, Oracle, and BMC Software.

Besides his passion for the literary arts and exercising his business acumen, he is a weekend fisherman, a proud grandfather, a fervent Sinatra fan, and has been a guest speaker at marketing and sales events for the Honeywell Corporation, Xerox, IBM (Santa Teresa Lab), BMC Software, Computer Associates, Oracle, and a myriad of start-ups throughout the high tech industry.
